We use Australia Post for delivery. We offer free shipping within Australia, International shipping is quoated separately. For people in Melbourne you have the option of collection from Warrandyte.

Express Post is available for an additional cost. Please contact me at jacintapayneart@gmail.com for this option.

Refunds & Returns


We don’t accept change of mind returns. If an item is damaged during transit, please contact Jacinta as soon it is received. Please document all damage with photos.

Return Shipping


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
