The tangle of the bush in the rainforest that surrounded the property where I grew up just outside the Southern Highlands of NSW is the inspiration for all the works in this series of 'Bushscapes'. This was the view on our bush walks, looking through the trees, ducking under low branches and carefully stepping over twisted roots. Under the dense canopy with dappled sun light showing the way. Sometimes wet and misty, other times dry and hot. The place where ofmy childhood home. 💚
