Minnie&Lou triple layer reusable face masks - Eco friendly, washable, fabric face masks, sustainably made in Melbourne Australia, entirely from upcycled materials.
Our 3 layer cloth masks come in the pleated style as well as this curved / shaped style. Both types are available in a large, medium, small and extra small size.
We have had lots of feedback that ours are the most comfortable masks that our customers have tried - read on for more information on why!
Minnie&Lou masks are constructed of 3 layers, and always have a soft 100% cotton layer against the face. All our fabrics are upcycled from garments we have bought from Op shops over the years to use for making wheat packs and other pretty things, and this is part of that stash. The ear loops are made from strips of stocking, which is a very comfortable alternative to elastic. (it's amazing how many packets of unopened stockings you can find in op shops!) All materials are, of course, freshly washed first!
We have quite a few designs that can be selected, and there is a limited stock in each fabric due to the nature of upcycling.

Adjusting your mask for a secure fit
Tie a loop knot at top or bottom of the straps to adjust length of the ear loops (if required – some of the stockings loops we use are stretchier than others)
There are also plenty of “ear saver” options you can buy from various makers, or make your own with a strip of fabric and 2 buttons (google ear savers to see how) Also if your mask has a particularly stretchy loops you can even cross it over each side of your ponytail (if you wear one).
